Welcome to PfP igloo

Developer PfP igloo, is a partnership between PfP Capital and igloo Regeneration, formed with investment from Places for People Group through its fund management business PfP Capital.

We pride ourselves in proving placemaking can work for everyone, by bringing our delivery expertise and management capability together into one platform. Coupled with a long-term holistic approach, our platform generates positive change in communities, reduces impact on the planet, and ultimately unleashes value to deliver impact in places with future potential.

With a total development value of £300 million, PfP igloo's initial development portfolio comprises over 500 homes, with plans to deliver an additional 500 homes for sale and rent, as well as over 300,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Ironworks-Leeds-Regeneration-pfp-igloo

Ironworks, Leeds

A sustainable development in the heart of Leeds’s most creative quarter, Holbeck Urban Village, the Ironworks project consists of 68 new homes that are a mix of townhouses, apartments and penthouses. Although modern inside, each of the eco-friendly smart homes have been created with the city’s rich cultural heritage in mind, a design that was recognised at the 2019 Housing Design Awards.

Driven by a core belief of delivering for people, place and planet, the Ironworks masterplan has been designed with sustainability at the heart and adheres to igloo's Footprint® methodology.

Each home comes with highly insulated walls and ceilings that aim to preserve energy throughout the years, with a minimum of 10% power being generated by solar panels.
